Very friendly & professional staff. They have 2 locations, offer tailoring services, & pick up & delivery services as well. How cool is that? ? Clothing has been fresh & clean.One suggestion: Adjust hours or offer a drop box for after hours. They’re not open til after work starts & after work is too late to use “same day service.” So instead, it becomes every other day for us.Aside from that we’re still checking them out but so far ??

I would of given them a 5 stars but 4 star is me being generous for what they did. I came in to see if they can attach hip straps to my travel backpack and they said they could. When it was all said and done one of the straps were attached the other way around but that wasn’t the major issue but the major one was when I inspected the buckle, the buckle was broken. It appears that perhaps it was on the ground and someone stepped on it. The sewing was good and I was happy about it. The price was $30 dollars and that wasn’t the issue, it’s about accountability and they failed to do so.

The best experience! I've done all the research on pricing and quality. Tommy's is in "FACT" the place to take your clothing to. I'm a DJ here locally and only trust Tommy's to take care of my alterations, and dry cleaning. They helped me get my suite trimmed and fit. They always clean my outside, starch & press perfect. I'm DJ Nikko & I work with Events by Snow & Twelve Oak Estate wedding venue (rated #1 best in "State")

Tommy’s Cleaners was established in early 2000. Since then the company has been proudly servicing the Goose Creek, Summerville and North Charleston communities. As a new and small family owned business, the company had to put forth an extreme effort to gain the trust of the community and establish its clientele. In March of 2010, the company was passed on to the owner’s employee and store manager of 10 years. The transfer of ownership proved to be successful from the very beginning as the long term customers were familiar with the manager, skills, and the services they were accustomed to receiving. After 20 years of service at our Goose Creek location we decided to expand and add a second location in Summerville,SC.
