Matt came out to replace our ice maker in our brand new fridge. It was under warranty still from whirlpool. The total time from diagnosis to replacement was about a week. They had to order the parts specific to my fridge.. It was a seamless process, it didn’t take long at all. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and even showed me a few things that I didn’t know about how to operate my fridge. I used to use another company when items aren’t under warranty but I loved this company so much that I am switching to them for all of my appliance repairs.
