We brought our 15 year old dog in for a quality of life check. Euthanasia was a possibility but I thought we were leaving with her. Sadly, we did not. I want to thank Journey for her above and beyond sincere compassion. She made this sad part of being a pet parent a little less difficult.

Giving one start simply because I can’t give 0. I bring my cat in because there is clearly something wrong with his jaw. Not only were my concerns looked over but they also pushed bloodwork when clearly his jaw won’t close. Continued to push costly bloodwork but did not even mention radiographs. They husked me out of $253 with fluids and anti nausea meds that are supposed to help the drooling. And when I voiced my concern no one seemed bothered that my cat won’t be able to eat or drink like this.

We are very happy with these vets and the staff. They’ve taken wonderful care of two of our dogs, they answer all my questions and always call after appointments to check on our baby.

This visit was for my Senior dog. Needed leg and hip ex-rays. Vets and staff very good at working with appointment and are very caring sand compassionate. Great follow up.

This office has afternoon and we can hours which is fantastic. The Vet and his staff were phenomenal. I am elated that there is an urgent care available for my fur babies.

The young women that assist the doctor are incredibly sweet and caring. The veterinarian is wonderful as well. I always get a same day appointment when needed and I hardly ever wait when I go in. When one of my cats recently passed, they were compassionate & helpful. Highly recommend!
