I called R&B Climate Control on a Sunday evening after 5 pm and was really impressed that they sent someone out right away. They kept me updated the whole time and even sent a picture of the technician so I knew who was coming. Daniel showed up on time, was very friendly, and took his time to check everything carefully. He explained what he was doing, shared photos, and made sure I understood the condition of the system. The whole process was smooth, communication was great, and I felt confident everything was handled the right way. I highly recommend R&B Climate Control and Daniel for anyone needing HVAC service.
Daniel came to our house today as part of our service contract with R&B. He did an excellent job of servicing our system with minimal disruption. He also gave us a good feedback on what we can do to keep both of our units running well for the long term. We’ve used R&B for nearly 7 years and I highly recommend them, and Daniel in particular.
