The loss of my dad a year and a half ago suddenly was difficult enough. Palmetto was so sympathetic and sincere. They never tried to up-sell anything. There was no pressure at all. I recently loss a very close friend last week who is from England suddenly. The stress for his family to plan a funeral in another country and to bring him back to England was hard enough. Let me start by saying, there is no way I can say enough about how wonderful the staff is here! We had to say goodbye to our Beloved Mother, and from the moment I called Palmetto they were amazing. This was the first time I have ever had to anything like this, and not only did they guide my family and I through step by step, they did it with tremendous care and love! Our director, Mr. Marsh was a God send in such a difficult time. He went above and beyond his duties to help us ensure that mh mother was Celebrated and honored in the way she deserved.
