I always have a good experience when I go to MyEyeDr. in Fort Mill, SC! Everyone is so helpful and nice and patient. I really appreciate the lady helping me choose my eyeglasses. She was very knowledgeable in explaining everything to me. I think her name was Kisha, but I appreciate her helping me through the process.
Everyone was lovely and comforting. Madison was especially helpful in the process of finding the right glasses. I have worked with her each time and she has gone above and beyond to get the glasses that I want. She even called around to other states to find the specific pair that I wanted.
I had been experiencing issues with my glasses. I stopped in and Madison was very helpful. One of the screws in my frame was bad. Madison switched out both screws and went above and beyond. Glasses are good to go.
