I had the best experience with Bruce Chan. Very detailed and honest about what was best for me. He took time to explain all of my options in detail. The office is clean and the staff are so friendly and kind. I highly recommend calling today to make your appointment!

I’ve been to Dr. Bruce a few times and every time he has over botoxed me. I end up frozen for weeks and with heavy brows. I made the mistake of getting Botox from him before my wedding in November, and I looked awful. I did not feel beautiful and the professional pictures I paid thousands for are unusable. I told him I wanted to he conservative.

I should have known that it was not conservative when the price was very high.

Edited to add: my wedding was in November, I got treatment in September, and I was STILL frozen and had heavy lids on my wedding day. When I said I spent thousands, I was referring to the money I spent on wedding photos that I did not recognize myself in, not how much I spent on treatments. But thank you, Dr. Bruce, for elaborating and sharing all of my treatment information (which I’m pretty sure is illegal). Ladies, his response should tell you all you need to know.

The last thing I will add is that I did in fact raise concerns and only had more injected into my crows feet at the follow up because you said it would help with the eye situation. It did not.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chan’s for 5+ years now. I have never received like-services from any other place before or after Dr. Chan my first visit at Magnolia’s. The reason being is that I am very happy with his work, attention to my needs, and care of his patients. His rates are fair and competitive.

I've recently moved to the Fort Mill area from southern CA and was searching for a reliable and trusted center to get dysport. I haven't had it in about 2 years since having my son so I wanted to make sure I didn't just go to any local chain that offered injectables. After some research, I landed on Magnolia Medical Aesthetics in Baxter Village. Just like the reviews said, Dr. Chan was extremely meticulous in explaining his approach to what he would recommend based on MY concerns. He didn't push anything on me or point out anything I didn't have any concerns about. He was transparent in what he thought it would take to treat my concerns and even talked to me about costs before I decided to proceed. He broke down the differences between Dysport and Botox and the whole process made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm so glad I found his practice and look forward to doing many more treatments here!

Today was my 3rd visit to the Fort Mill location, & I can’t say enough nice things about my experience!!! Allison Rogers is professional, personal, & passionate about what she does! Love everything about her, & will definitely continue to allow her to work her magic!

Extremely kind staff & Doctor - took a couple visits for the Doctor to achieve my intended goal, but worth it!

Considers the patients requests, however you will have to make frequent appointments in order to try and achieve your own personal goal and desired result.
