Everyone needs to visit an eye doctor like her every now and then for sure she didn't leave out a thing and I felt very confident that my eyes were in good shape. I had had dry eye for years and the medication she gave me for drops has taken care of that and my sinuses. I'm very grateful for that. A warning that everyone should get the peripheral vision test. I have a sister who is now blind in one eye. Younger than me and can no longer drive. Unfortunately I don't believe she's in network because Medicare said I did not owe her more than $24 something and I had already paid $75 and added the $24. sometime added to that. I had been to two other doctors for glasses in the past. Neither glasses worked for me so in the drawer they went. Came to InFocus, got the exam and later the eyeglasses and boom. Perfect fit. Clear as day right off the bat. Dr. Neff is great!
I’d drive 100 miles with one contact lens in just to see this optometrist. They’re that good. The kind of good where you walk out thinking, “Wow, maybe I am the problem in other optometrist visits.”
Dr. Neff is the most down-to-earth, compassionate optometrist you’ll ever meet. She’s the kind of person who makes you forget you’re in an exam room and not catching up with an old friend. The staff? Absolute legends. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for.
