We had had Nate out to our home twice now, once for a washer, and most recently for our oven. Each time, Nate has been professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and better yet anticipated the parts that were needed when he called us to set up the appointment. I would absolutely recommend Nate of Gizmo Gadget, he is the best!!!

Nate was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He worked with LG to get my warrantied part and installed it in a timely fashion. He communicated effectively re: arrival dates and times as well as repair needs. I would definitely use him again for any appliance repair needs.

When you’re in need of the best Charlotte & surrounding area repair person, you want to contact Gizmo Gadget. He has been an invaluable source for my home repairs. His communication, professionalism, punctuality, customer service and most of all skill level are unmatched. He’s repaired major appliances that failed abruptly, saving me so much because I felt the brand was failing me and just wanted me to by a new one. He fixed my Samsung fridge when the company contracted could not. Overtime he’s repaired my LG washer & the dryer when heating panel failed. He cleaned ducts and can fix anything, imo.
