At 3 in the morning, when we woke up to the sound and sight of water in our kitchen floor, laundry room, garage, driveway, yard and down the street the the drain, Clint was at our door shortly after my call, to make sure the water line was closed. He let us know he could be around until the leak was fixed and our family had water! The water leak was fixed and our home is getting back to better than it was before the leak! Changes to a shower knob, availability to work at our house and final cleanup was the best! Thanks to Clint and his team for making the repairs and considering our family.

I’ve used Giles twice and they provide excellent service. My mom had a clog in the main line drain, nothing was draining out of the house. They came within 3 hours of my call and got us back in business. The lady in the office is so kind and efficient. I would use them anytime.

Giles Plumbing is nothing else than EXCEPTIONAL! We had a true emergency at our home; my husband was just back home from a major surgery. We had a slab leak, I called and the OWNER came and did everything to try to start the work ASAP! They did! Next morning at 8:30am! We had the entire house repiped, a 3 day job. They have now completed the job. Giles Plumbing give an exceptional service with great quality and superb attention to detail: clean, careful and attentive. I am also SO thankful for George and Payton! I mean, they are an amazing team; caring, honest, highly trained, just beyond INCREDIBLE! They both were VERY caring!
