Yesterday we discovered a heavy water leak in the crawl space under our house, and it was a stressful situation. We contacted Giles Plumbing, and they responded incredibly quickly. They sent out two technicians, Robert and Zack, who were professional, courteous, and efficient from the moment they arrived.
They quickly found the source of the problem — our hot water heater — and explained everything clearly. Their work was excellent, and the price was more than fair. It’s such a relief to find a company that is prompt, honest, and dependable.
We were very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Giles Plumbing.

Once again Giles plumbing came to our rescue! Zack & Grandpa Robert came out and saved the day! They were so nice!! You know a company is good when they have repeat customers!
Michael & Paul came out to help us with a plumbing issue. They were awesome!!! Highly recommend their services. I will be using them for ALL plumbing issues in the future. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

If i can give this family owned company 10 stars I would. They go above and beyond wether you’re a client or not. I accidentally left my keys on the back of their trucks and left. 15 mins later I realized i did and their deiver drove off with my keys on the back of the truck. I called the office and in 10 mins they had the driver stop and check if they were still on the loading part of the truck and they were. He called me and told me he has my keys and met me at a near business. Peyton was the driver and I applaud him for his courtesy and pure intention. 10/10 experience and would for sure hire them for my future business plans.
