Mark recently installed a Hayward OmniPL retro kit to my aging control system. He did in an excellent job in the sweltering heat and got all the features configured and working very quickly. Thank you Mark!
Called them with an urgent ask to come help diagnose a problem with my pool pump on a Friday afternoon.. they were of course fully booked, but Michelle managed to move things around and work with Mark to have him come over. He was quick to diagnose and fix with a great attitude and Michelle was so kind in following up with me and close the loop.
