My appointment with Dr. Baker was at 10:40 today. I left my house at 9:30 because I knew I was seeing a new doctor and I did not want to be late although I was in that office once before a long time ago I put the address in the GPS and unfortunately it took me a very, very long time to get to the office. Whereas if I would’ve followed my instincts, I could’ve been there in 15 minutes. I called the office and told them I was lost and I was disconnected when I got to the office. Dr. Baker refused to see me because I was late. I even went as far as asking them to let me see her and that I would wait until she was ready, but there was no way they were doing that. I left the office very disappointed in the way I was treated and the way the doctor treated me as a professional. My original doctor that Lee is booked till November. So I can’t get an appointment with her either. In the meantime I have diabetes and I had two cataracts removed and needed to see a doctor today. I am no longer going to affiliate myself with center and I will move onto Novant for a professional to see me as far as I’m concerned it sense his loss not mine. I will not go back to an office that center operates.

Dr. Timothy Kelly is an outstanding ENT. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to every concern without making you feel rushed. I brought both of my daughters to see him for recurrent infections and tonsil issues. He thoroughly evaluated them, explained everything clearly, and reassured us that everything looked good.
I also saw him for breathing and allergy issues. He carefully evaluated my symptoms, explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand, prescribed the appropriate medication, and reassured me throughout the visit. His calm, caring approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment.
We are very grateful for the excellent care our family received and highly recommend Dr. Timothy Kelly to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy ENT specialist.
