Dr. Timothy Kelly is an outstanding ENT. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to every concern without making you feel rushed. I brought both of my daughters to see him for recurrent infections and tonsil issues. He thoroughly evaluated them, explained everything clearly, and reassured us that everything looked good.

I also saw him for breathing and allergy issues. He carefully evaluated my symptoms, explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand, prescribed the appropriate medication, and reassured me throughout the visit. His calm, caring approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment.

I had never been to this office or practice before but it was incredible. Nice facility, no forms to fill out after the receptionist asked a few questions and copied my insurance cards. Sat down to wait less than 5 minutes, before being called back. Dr Jones was super. Very personable and thorough with a friendly manner. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this group.

This was my first visit with Dr Hatcher. She made me relaxed and in my opinion she is very knowledgeable in her field, Otolarynologist. Dr Hatcher thoroughly explains the procedures that were done! Her staff is friendly which made my office visit pleasant!
