Dentist and Dental hygenist were pleasant and knowledgeable. Front desk failed to see my email weeks in advance with copy of my insurance card to verify costs so still don't know what I will be billed for. Also, due to no insurance confirmation, front desk said don't need to do xrays but then was told by hygenist they must have xrays to proceed and how much they would be if have to pay for them. Overall, would still recommend as a good dentist, just need to be more thorough and efficient with all front desk and insurance needs.
I am a regular customer of Catawba River Dentistry and early this week I popped a Starburst into my mouth and 2 seconds later one of my molar crown caps came out. I called them up and was able to come in the same day to have it cemented back in my mouth. Great Service!
Nothing like feeling no anxiety at a Dentist office! You ask....WHAT is that possible? Oh yeaaahhhhh!
From the front desk Anabella, all the way to Makenzie DA helping out Dr Logan and Jaclyn that is Dr Logan DA but came in and introduced herself because she was busy helping out another patient! I was in an out with a new tooth!!! Whoop Whoop!!
