Bridgemill Animal hospital is the best Vet I have ever been to . They are so patient and helpful. I was having issues with logging into the pharmacy and the receptionist went up and above to help me.. Everyone there is so pleasant and nice . And of course Dr Brown is so sweet and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars for sure !

payed over $100 for a exam and told everything is normal and 2 hour later my dog is puking, breathing heavily, won’t eat, and can’t sleep so idk who’s the poorly evaluated vet that check my puppy but won’t ever come back horrible service

My cat was very sick with a UTI and they saw me without an appointment and the wait was just a few minutes and the vet staff listened and were gentle with my cat and were so helpful.

Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write a review when this place has been caring for both of our dogs for 2-3 years now. They are phenomenal! We have one dog, Mike, who needs monthly allergy shots. He gets so excited to come in and see all his friends here. They’re always quick and kind! Jackie, who works at the front, is very familiar with us and our needs by now. We love her! Our other dog is lower maintenance but has also been treated very well here with no issues whatsoever. We recently had a more urgent situation with Mike’s dewclaw being torn and they worked us in during lunchtime that same day. Dr. Brown explained all our treatment options and was extremely kind throughout the process. They took care of it immediately and provided Mike with great care. Even though the clinic was closed, Dr. Brown still personally called the next day to ask how Mike was doing and discuss aftercare. That’s a vet that truly cares! We appreciate the whole team here so much and could not recommend them more highly!
