My experience with Sean from B and H cooling was amazing. I was informed by two other HVAC companies that my system was faulty and needed to be replaced! I was quoted pricing that was way out of my price range and was informed of the reasons why. I spoke with Sean and had an appointment the same day. Once Sean came on day one he realized the issue with my HVAC system was not the issue I was informed. On my second appointment which was only the next day( due to my schedule ) Sean came back out and realized I only had a faulty thermostat and my wiring was wired wrong. I can’t say enough great things about B & H Heating and Air Services. From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent. The technician SHAUN was punctual, explained everything in detail, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My HVAC is now working perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. Trustworthy and dependable—I won’t call anyone else for HVAC repairs!
