BEWARE I’ve never experienced such a RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!!! I GREETED THEM GOOD MORNING DIDN’T GET A RESPONSE BACK ! AND SEEMS BOTHERED FOR INTERRUPTING THEM FROM CHATTING. I WAS AWARE OF ME BEING LATE AND CANNOT BE SEEN… I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I WENT TO 3 DIFFERENT FRONT DESKS TRYING TO LOCATE WHERE I NEEDED TO GO. BUT I GOT THERE 10 mins LATE. I HAD FILLED OUT THE CHECK IN FORMS ONLINE SO I COULD JUST CHECK IN RIGHT AWAY BUT INSTEAD GOT THE WORST ATTITUDE WHEN I FINALLY FOUND IT.
I WOULD BE FINE RESCHEDULING FOR BEING LATE AND TAKING FULL RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. BUT KNOWING THAT THIS WILL BE THE KIND OF RECEPTIONIST THAT YOU WILL ENCOUNTER IN THE FUTURE, I’LL SAVE MY TIME TO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY WILL ACTUALLY WILLING TO WORK ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE SICK.

The worst primary care I have experienced with. There is no way to get a sick visit at this location. There is no a nurse line that can help you with urgent medical questions and they don’t even respond to your portal messages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Worst experience. You can never get an appointment. If you are lucky to get an appointment after 6 months, impossible to reschedule. What good is a primary physician with no appointments. They should improve staffing so that one can get appointments.
