Technician was very professional, courteous and attentive. Took the time to listen to all my concerns & to answer all my questions and also propose alternative solutions. Came across as very honest and not pushing for more than what I needed to solve my problem.
I would highly recommend Arce. They replaced my air conditioner several years ago and it was working perfectly until today. As soon as I called them they came out and fixed it. Charlie was very professional and maintained excellent communication about his arrival and the repair. It’s a pleasure doing business with a company that offers both excellent value and customer service!
