I walked in without an appointment and was greeted my friendly staff who quickly got my information and got me in a chair. I have always struggled with trimming my beard. Within minutes my hair was cut, beard trimmed (the best it has ever looked), and my hair was rinsed. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism level of care.
Used online check-in for the 1st time my last visit, huge improvement on wait time. Everyone here always does awesome job. Staff is reason the 5 star. This location almost always seems way too busy with too long a wait.... that's a corporate problem not a location issue. You guys need to find them some part-time help for peak times!!!
I apologize... I can't remember their names. The blonde white lady that cut my hair was great. I like conversation and she was good at turning into the conversation that we were having. We went from retro video games to sitcoms to football. We had the black hairstylist (very sorry, I just can't remember either one of their names) and her customer in the conversation as well. It was almost closing time for them 6:40PM?, we were probably the last customers in the place but they both never made me feel like I was being rushed out the door.
