“I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. And I have lived here for 18 years and had my nails done continuously throughout those years. So I have come across many nail salons from Conway to Pawleys Island. Every time that I have gone into this location, I am spoken to immediately with kindness, offered something to drink, and after confirmation of what services I am seeking, I am happily pointed where to sit at. Typically I am one that goes for a design or bright colors, or flashy, and they accommodate so well with each thing I ask for. I've taken them screenshots of designs, and without hesitation, they have easily duplicated that design as it's twin. In past nail salons, I've received rushed service and harshness if I declined a service up charge. But not here. If I declined anything else offered they are still just as kind and compassionate as prior. I have to especially note that on my most recent visit, I had informed the nail tech, Nina, that my nails were in terrible shape thanks to my lupus. And briefly explained what lupus is. She originally had sat me at a table with another tech, but after careful inspection of my nailbeds, she chose to sit me with her, and I could not be any more happier. She handled me with such compassion and gentleness That it nearly brought me to tears. She showed concern and caring and was very attentive. Her personality shines like each and every person that works there. The atmosphere is always pleasant and I literally have zero complaints. I already was pleased with the customer service and my nails/toes after each visit but now I am completely floored and over the moon pleased after, today's interaction and seeing that she put very much consideration and compassion into our time. She truly does value her clients. Not to mention their color selection is vast and they offer many services at a reasonable cost. I can walk in there completely down and out and I guarantee that I will leave with a smile each time. And feeling like family. And I assure you will too.“

“As usual, I was able to get in first thing this morning with Kim. She did an amazing job on my nails, despite being busy and working on two of us at the same time. I was in and out in less than an hour! Thank you again Kim and I’ll see you again ina few weeks! For any first timers I have had my nails done there previously by Mari and David- both equally as great! Due to doing dip powder I prefer Kim. A great, friendly place to go!“
