About 501 Nail Spa
501 Nail Spa is a renowned nail salon that offers a friendly and clean environment. The salon is highly recommended for its exceptional work, particularly for acrylic nails and pedicures. Customers are satisfied with the wide range of nail services and the salon's reputation for being impeccably clean.
The salon's staff, including Nina, are praised for their compassionate and attentive service. Customers appreciate the vast color selection and reasonable prices. The salon's pleasant atmosphere and the staff's ability to accommodate customer requests, such as duplicating specific nail designs, have earned it a loyal following.
However, some customers have reported a language barrier and less than satisfactory experiences, with one couple describing the staff as rude and the manicurists as the worst they have encountered. Despite these mixed reviews, the majority of customers express their satisfaction with the salon's services and the overall experience.
