She texted me after hours to clear up what I was looking to do. I thought that was outstanding. We discussed all the options and decided I would dye it a light Grey. She took so much care to make sure it wouldn't be too drastic. I loved the color. I thought she went above and beyond to make sure I liked my new color. I recommend her highly.
