Great experience! My mini split was installed in my Carolina Room, took a bit more work but Four Star was able to make it work. The Mitsubishi 18K BTU is a fantastic unit. Cost more but I feel some things should not be cheaped out. They also were able to install a second electric disconnect for my DIY mini split I'm doing in my garage.
Flood in bathrooms, called 4 star. Derrick arrived quickly & took care of situation. He also gave suggestions to avoid this from happening again. Took his advise and went with additional services for my peace of mind. I give 4 star plumbing and air conditioning 5 stars! Thank you
Our system was freezing up. I called after hours + Holiday. My wife has breathing issues and the heat compounds it. 2.5 hour wait, but it was expected. Tyler showed up and had the issue resolved in no time. We will be using Four Star in the future.
