Address number and name of business do not match. I had difficulty finding it. My consultation with Faith lasted less than 5 minutes. Service requested was not recommended and nothing else was suggested to assist with my skin. Gave me a sample of skin cream and sent me on my way. Didn't ask if I had any other concerns or make any other recommendations for other services. This could have been done via video conference since the technician never touched my skin. Drove all the way from Elgin for a 5 minute consultation.
