The technician that served my aggressively tried to force me into spending hundreds of dollars over what my insurance paid. When I told her I only wanted what my insurance paid for she got verbally insulting and suggested I go to another Walmart.

My experience here was the best eye glass experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been wearing glasses for 35 years. The team was awesome and very attentive. Ms Bridgette did her thing. She was very professional and even made me laugh. Keep up the great work.

Paige the receptionist was pleasant, kind and knowledgeable, Michelle did follow up and waited for me to come, Michelle also did 1st contact and preliminary work up, she was fast, friendly and professional, definitely put me at ease, Dr Michelle Spittler, was Fantastic, professional, empathetic, but very quick! Everyone in the office was awesome, will be back!
