I had a wonderful experience at the Harbison ULTA with Susie. She did a great job of my makeup and she spent a lot of time making me look good. She also knows all about skin care too. I will go back again to see her.

Kyerrah was amazing during my beauty bar session! She found my shade with ease and was very informed. It was an overall amazing experience and im grateful for her lovely personality and great customer service.

I typically have a good experience at this Ulta, however, today I received very poor customer service from the tall bald gentleman with a dark beard. I came in looking for a specific perfume set that was marked as in stock on the app. I looked around in the perfume section and when I did not see it, I asked him about it, showing him my app. His response was “well it would be here” (referring to the perfume section I assume) and just walked away. Not once offering to look into it or to help me find it. I took his word for it and picked out something else. As I walked towards the front, several of the gift sets were set up by the registers.
