They made a mistake but corrected it quickly and professionally. I planted Alyssum(carpet of snow) flowers as seen in picture, at the edge of my mulch bed. The workers mistook them for weeds and cut them. It was an understandable mistake, especially if you are not familiar with the plant and my flowers did not grow a full carpet coverage. They were Very patchy growth and there were a fair amount of actual weeds among the flowers. Anthony came by and looked at the situation then went and immediately bought 6 packets of seeds to replace the damage. Steven Keys and his guys at US Lawns have been around for many years now. Businesses that have longevity don’t have it for no reason. These guys recently helped my wife and me make the correct decisions about some expensive palm trees and I’m glad I consulted with US Lawns first before we made the mistake of getting less compatible ones for our soil and irrigation conditions. Top knowledge. Top notch.
Everyone at this branch is wonderful! Theodore and crew members like Angelo do a fantastic job of keeping our weekly maintenance on point. Todd has been so helpful with numerous projects such as hydroseed, tree removal, and erosion control. He always has a smile on his face and is great at communicating and meeting deadlines. Anthony is wonderful with designing our flower installations and making sure the curb appeal is pristine. What drew us in to use their services was the great experience with Billy from Day 1. Also a shoutout to Shanna for keeping our projects billing organized and prompt. Love this team!
