The River Road and Jasmine Houses and Gardens

My daughter recently got married at The River Road and Jasmine Houses. It was an amazing choice for a venue with an incredible staff. Sarah, the owner, is wonderful and she worked very hard to fulfill my daughter's dreams! Many, many thanks!

This venue is a hidden gem in Columbia. It has southern charm and very well maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better Wedding experience. The owners are very talented and create such a quality all inclusive experience. My guests were in awe of this property and it brought intimacy for the ceremony. Having my September 2025 wedding at the River Road and Jasmine Houses and gardens was absolutely magical. The venue is stunning. The food was amazing. Sarah and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible. Planning was a breeze and everyone on the day of was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. I felt like anytime I had a question about anything, it was already done or being taken care of. I truly felt like I didn't have to worry about anything because Sarah and the crew were so on top of it. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a spot to host an event!

went for daughter wedding only thing was no heat in building where dressing room at and lock broke in bathroom. But all and all beautiful venue!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The River Road and Jasmine House, especially Sarah and her incredible team. From the very beginning, Sarah was helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Any question we had, she was always there with answers, guidance, and reassurance. She also got along beautifully with our families, which meant so much to us and made the entire day feel even more relaxed and joyful. Honestly, Sarah is just one of those people you immediately click with—I truly feel like we could be friends for life, even beyond wedding planning.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We were married on January 3rd, and even in the middle of winter, the gardens were still beautiful and green. The setting felt magical and well cared for year-round, which is something you don’t find everywhere. The weather was cool, but between the tent and heaters, our guests were completely comfortable. I didn’t even need my shawl, which says a lot.

From start to finish, everything about The River Road and Jasmine House was a pleasant, seamless experience. The team, the atmosphere, the food, and the setting all came together perfectly. We are beyond grateful we chose this venue and would recommend it without hesitation! (Which every friend that has gotten engaged recently, my husband and I tell them to use the River Road & Jasmine House as their venue because we love it and Sarah so much!!!)
