Just replenished my class credits with this studio. Been here for about a year now and my weekly routine has done me loads of good. The trainers are fantastic and very helpful if you're new to the equipment etc.
The Pilates Sculpt Studio in Columbia, SC is amazing! The classes are challenging, well-structured, and perfect for building strength and toning. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about proper form. Highly recommend this Pilates studio in Columbia!
