Too Expensive, Took a week, and my rank is crooked.
They didn’t lose it, but it was over $30 dollars for subpar work.

Gate 2 Alterations is a better place for a cheaper price and they are right off post.

First off they were the only alteration shop that was opened during covid, so that was a huge plus.

Myself and a few others needed name-tapes, alterations and asked for a rush on a clothing item. The employee Valencia indicated she would try her best to get the item rushed but nothing was promised. She stated to stop back by the following day after 4pm.

The next day we did just that and to our surprise, not only was the item completed, two of us had our entire order completed.

5 stars because they remained open during this time, and pulled out a heck of a customer service. Thank you guys!
