I needed emergency care for my dog and they took him right in a few hours we spoke. The entire staff was professional, caring and extremely nice. I greatly appreciate them and have a place that provides five star ⭐️ pet care!

Our Golden hurt his foot and after trying to get him the emergency vet the night before and basically being turned away Spring Valley took us in the next morning. They examined our boy and set our minds at ease. Being new to the area we hadn’t found a vet yet but we have now.

In the worst moment for a parent of a fur-child, Dr. Megan and her staff were exactly what we needed. I could not be more grateful. Our beloved first child, Bertha the 8 year old rottie, wasn’t eating normally and I noticed her gums were paler than normal. I don’t know how I knew pale gums were a bad sign, but I did. We regularly go to Rosewood Animal Clinic, who are closed on Saturday. I called Spring Valley Animal Hospital and told them my concerns. They squeezed me in for later that day. Shortly after they called me back and said Dr. Megan wanted to see Bertha right away. We got there and I went in with Bertha while my husband stayed in the car with our almost 2 year old daughter. Dr. Megan was extremely kind, compassionate, and honest. She has a Rottweiler as well, which was very calming to me. Bertha had a splenic hemorrhage. She was bleeding in her abdomen and she was struggling for breath. She did not push us to make any decision, just presented the options, but I knew what the decision had to be. Even if she did survive an expensive surgery at her age… it was time to end her suffering. Bertha deserved our help. Dr. Megan and her staff offered to watch our 2 year old daughter while her aunt drove over to get her. They walked us through each step. They didn’t rush us. They didn’t judge us. They just cared. I kept thinking… they do this every day. They have to walk families through sudden death of a loved one every day. I think my heart would harden. Their hearts were full, and they poured them out to us. Thank you.

Have had to have pets put to sleep at home and in office but their are so kind. Dr Megan is awesome and I never mind the longer drive to take my babies to her for anything.

Absolutely love this office the staff is amazing they always take great care of my babygirl and make her feel safe they call her by name when we walk through the door and I also feel like everything is reasonably priced they are fast with working in appointments legit a 10/10

Nice clinic. Small in size, small staff.
More one on one time with vets and vet assistant.
It is expensive like most vet clinics, but they don't force meds or procedures on you for your pet.
Limited parking, but never had an issue getting a spot.
