We can’t say enough good things about Southeast Automotive in Columbia, SC, and especially Artis. When our transmission went out on a Sunday morning during a trip to Florida, Artis answered our call and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Even during frustrating times when parts were delayed, Artis kept us informed, offered solutions, and went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation—including offering to store our trailer at his shop and suggesting ways to get us home if necessary.

This guy.. Mr Artis.. is WONDERFUL!!! Female,traveling alone and had an issue with my truck!!! Had me fixed and going in no time!!! Polite and respectful. Friendly and knowledgeable!!! If you are ever in this area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Deserves 10 stars
