I've used Silicon Solutions several times over the years to repair various Apple products, and Jacob has always done a great job. Recently, I asked him to repair a screen that has stared lining on my MacBook Pro (just out of warranty). The screen had gone bad, so he replaced it (not a cheap fix). Shortly after the fix, the new screen started lining, and I thought it may be a deeper problem with the motherboard. I took it back to Jacob and he diagnosed it as a bad screen and replaced it free of charge; motherboard was not the issue. I am so happy to have my laptop back, good as new. Thank you Jacob!

I’ve taken everything from custom built desktops to laptops to them with all sorts of issues and they have always either fixed it or helped me figure out what I need to do next. Recently took my desktop in and expected not only having to buy a new part but also knew that it would be at least a few days before I heard anything back. They got my desktop back to me in perfect working order the NEXT day! Will always recommend!

Have had several interactions with the team at Silicon Solutions over the years and they are always helpful and available.
I called today after receiving an unsettling notice on my desktop computer. The person I spoke with (Mikey) listened patiently and said the message was a scam and told me how to deal with it and he stayed on the phone with me while I followed his instructions!
All for no charge!
