I had appointments for myself and my two teenagers today, and we had the best experience. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking most places, that was not our experience today at Sansbury (Beltline) we were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. I didn’t catch the name of the sweet lady wearing glasses at the front door but she was very pleasant and welcoming at 8:30am. Dr Taylor is very personable, friendly, and thorough. Sam and Josh are amazing at what they do and have amazing customer service. I look forward to returning to this office next year for our annual eye exams. I have been a patient at Sansbury for 35+ years and the experience has always been great. I recently switched from the Harbison location to Beltline when my doctor passed away. Yesterday I walked in at 5:35 when they were supposed to be closed (5:00 closing time) but the door was unlocked because a patient was still picking new glasses. I had a pair of broken glasses that I was hoping to get fixed. A young man took them in the back and brought them back 10-15 minutes later as good as new. He very easily could’ve said sorry we’re closed. Come back tomorrow, And I would’ve understood. Instead, he went ahead and fixed what was broken and also replaced the nose pads...read full review
