I paid for my fiancé to get a sew in done by fredrica ward at this salon. It was very small inside with maybe like 4 chairs in the whole place. Fredrica plucked the part in the lace closure way to wide and it can't be fixed without it looking crazy. The sew in looked like my fiancé had on a half wig, it looked nothing like the styles fredrica has advertised on style seat. to top it off Now I have to spend an additional $100 for a new lace closure so that my fiancé can continue to get sew ins when she wants them. Fredrica is also very unprofessional and money hungry. We had to book her through style seat, and even after telling her we would pay in cash, she tried to charge our card 3 hours before the appointment time! We used a prepaid card to book so that we could not be charged before services instead of using my bank or credit card. Then she sent us a text asking for payment saying our card had declined and to please update it. Mind you this was at 10a.m. The appointment wasn't until 1 p.m! Then we decided to give her another chance months later and try a different service other than a sew in. she made up some excuse about her son getting hurt at school and canceled at the last minute. Fredrica told my fiance to book the appointment at a later date. When we went to Rebook the appointment she had gone up like 60 bucks on the price! Shes charging nearly $200 for what looks to be $40 work. Never again! Get real! We should've just left her alone after she screwed the sew in and lace closure up. Then she advertises as upscale, lol hilarious. There are much better stylists in the area, and i wouldn't mind paying $200 if it looks nice but we won't be returning to or recommending renew salon.
