I didn’t really like this express car wash. It didn’t do anything wrong per se, but I just didn’t like the format. In the future, I’ll just stick to a more traditional, manned, and employed car wash.

Leaving this review because I'm unsure what the 1 stars are really about. I took a black car with a nice film of gunk on it after 10k miles of no washes, and it got it 99% clean and only missed a small area on the trunk. Satisfied for the price, and the 2nd cheapest option got the car shiny and clean except that one spot. I'd go back. It is well worth the $8 when the car is that dirty and I'm driving by anyway.

Hello luvies!! This is Peaches? coming back to you with all the 911 on these Columbia SC n Charlotte Merchants. So this was my first time at this car wash, and first off all...its very nice, and colorful. Secondly, I didn't know that if you put your car on park it stops the process of the car wash; Nevertheless, I called the owner, and told him what happened, and he was so professional. He explained in detail why the machine stopped. Then, he proceeded to start it up again. I was able to get my car washed with no further problems.
