Averie was amazing for the consultation today. Very thorough and full of knowledge when it comes to educating about healthy hair care. Being that I come from a generation where we had hairstylist and beauticians, I'm always looking for someone who cares about having a healthy scalp and hair not doing the style because of a trend. I felt extremely comfortable and that her way of doing natural hair is in total alignment with my new hair journey. I have my actual appointment soon and will give I'm sure what will be another stellar review soon.
It's been years since I've let anyone in my hair. I never allow people in my hair, but I was recommended to Averie Wilson, and I’m so glad I did! At my first appointment, I was blown away by how much she actually cares about your hair not just doing it for the money! My appointment was 2weeks ago and my hair STILL feels hydrated and I have eczema! The personal one-on-one time is top tier as well! Trust me if you care about your hair this is the place to go!
I was looking for a new hair stylist for my natural hair and my search brought me to Averie at Restorations Hair Boutique. When I tell you I am beyond pleased, I am not exaggerating. My hair was in rough shape. I was dealing with the side effects of medications and my hair was fragile and dry. My curls were not popping. I was struggling with just trying to be presentable. We sat down and had a consultation. We discussed my hair goals and expectations from her as a stylist. She discussed her vision, her motivations and what her goals were for my hair as well as her expectations of me as a client.
