I would only ever use Residential Roofing services for any roofing needs I have! I have used them multiple times through the last several years with my personal home and rental properties and Jack and team has always exceeded my expectations. You can trust what they say, they do excellent work and don’t take advantage of you price wise.
I was very impressed Residential Roofing Service for their professionalism, promptness and expertise. He explained to me in a way that I can understand being very precise and clear and photos to visibly show me. Starting with shingles, fascia metal, and replacing pipe boots. What stood out during the engagement was eye contact, excellent customer service skills. The introduction alone had a positive impact on me. I recommend this roofing company based on my positive experience.
Residential Roofing has recently completed reroofing our family weekend house on Lake Murray, near Prosperity. Chris and the crew did a great job, and completed the job in one day. They also hauled off everything and left the place cleaner than when they started. A couple of weeks later Chris and his helper relocated and repaired a leaking boot and vent, that has been a problem for years. Thaks again Chris.
