Dr. Elliot Chen is a very skilled surgeon, and I want to clearly acknowledge that. However, the quality of care provided by his nursing staff and the post-operative follow-up process has been consistently poor, to the point that it has affected my healing and safety.

I have a long surgical history with Dr. Chen. Before the age of 21, he performed two keloid removal surgeries on my ear, and this year alone I have undergone three pilonidal cyst surgeries under his care. With that history, my concerns and feedback about what does and does not work for my body should be taken seriously.

Dr burish and her staff are amazing! They are super caring and friendly. Each time ive had any issue they have gone above and beyond to help. Im a trans woman and will recomend her to anyone i can. Her and the team are amazing!
