GotStanton optical on Harbison Blvd, Columbia...January 17,2023. Their offer at 2 for 1 bifocals was priced at $700. As was Walking out door, was offered economy 2 for 1 in economy frame for $135 ????? Nothing more said by employee. Got economy, 2 for 1, had to wait week. Prescription filled, same day, same location, completely false. Cannot see with glasses. Took them back. Was told, no refund. The company app, states refund, less the shipping. What is truth? Was advised that optometrist that filled prescription has made error, take back to him to chk.....then said these glasses needed upgrade in lenses for $300 to correct vision to become "crisp" not faded... read full review

This office has very professional, courteous and kind staff. Everyone I encountered was wonderful. Apparently, they attract kind customers too. I tend to use Zenni for my glasses but I will definitely always come here for my exams as long as they're open.

Updating my review to add this: recently I had what I would call an urgent eye problem. I called Dr. Flynn's office and the staff who answered the phone and who saw me in the office in person were understanding that I needed help in the short-term that couldn't wait. I was in a lot of discomfort (my eye was swollen, red, teary, painful, and very irritated). They helped fit me into to Dr. Flynn's schedule to see him and get diagnosed, which allowed me to get treatment that same day. How the staff treats you when you really need help is important, and I'm grateful that everyone there, including Dr. Flynn, was willing to help me out that same day. That... read full review
