I went in late Saturday afternoon to get my shocks and struts done on my car. I was greeted by the lovely Russel, Mr. Leroy, and manager Chelsea. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall amazing people that made me feel welcomed. I had called ahead of time and Russel went ahead and ordered the parts so there was no delay in starting on my vehicle when I arrived.

I also wanted to thank Cecil for working on my car. Russel took me back to the shop to show me the damage on my existing shocks and struts and Cecil worked hard in replacing them. They also took great care in aligning my vehicle.

After receiving my car back, it feels like I’m driving on a cloud. I absolutely love it and appreciate the hard work, kind words, and welcoming environment. This is my favorite location (Clemson Rd) to get my car serviced and I definitely will be coming back. They were fast, reliable, and had the amazing prices to match. The lobby was clean, smelled great, and the bathroom matched in cleanliness. Thanks to their amazing management, customer service, and knowledge, I trust that my car will continue getting me to my destination safely.

I want to start by saying the staff was polite and genuinely tried to help, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the service itself fell short in ways that created a serious safety issue.

I had four brand-new tires installed three days ago and today experienced a flat. When another shop inspected the tire, they found sidewall damage consistent with driving on an under-inflated tire for several days (the install was done 3 days ago) and also noted that all of my tires were significantly low. This suggests the tires may not have been properly inflated at installation.

I was also told at pickup that someone who “isn’t supposed to work on cars” took care of my install because another employee was late, which raises additional concerns.

I understand mistakes happen, but tire installation is a safety-critical service. I paid a significant amount of money and now have to replace a brand-new tire. While the customer service was friendly, the quality control and safety checks were not acceptable. I’ve reached out to corporate to request a resolution.

Mr Leroy is the man to go see at NTB for all your tire and break needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
