I took my vehicle to Harbison Blvd NTB, for tire service. I found Sun and her service staff to be friendly, polite, and professional. In addition to my direct experience, I had the opportunity to observe Sun's interaction with other customers in the store and on the phone. I observed her to be friendly and professional with all customers. I would not hesitate to use, or refer others, to NTB for automotive service.
Absolutely Great Customer Service
Traveling from Charlotte to Savannah, we got a flat on I-77. After putting on the spare, we drove to the nearest NTB (Garners Ferry Rd location) because we have road hazard protection from NTB. Store was supposed to open at 8am. It wasn’t open, we waited 45 mins before we gave up on them. So we called the Clemson road location… the manager, Javon, answered the phone and said they could get us in. Javon took care of my car as if it was his own. He had empathy to my situation and expedited my service. He kept me updated throughout the process and restored my loyalty to NTB (after it was in question a couple hours earlier). I work as a retail manager and feel I know good service. Based on my interaction and the interactions I witnessed while my car was serviced, I can confidently say Javon is in the elite category of management. Thanks again, Javon and team. You all are appreciated!
