Outstanding service and quality. New A/C and heating system installed and working 48hrs after initial call for quote. Representive was very knowledgeable and clearly explained various options.

Ive been dealing with another A/C heating place for years. They basically gave me a middle finger when I asked for a quote to get a new unit put in. I would have dealt with them if they could have been just called me back instead of making me reach out (3x i might add)
I called Northpoint Friday afternoon. A representative was out within 2 hrs. I got a quote before 5pm that same day. I signed a contract Monday afternoon. My new unit was in the next morning. Helpful people!! If i could leave more stars I would 🤙🏼
I was so overwhelmed with my situation. From the nice lady on the phone (sorry I forgot your name) to the Tech ,Mr. Sam, the service was more than a 5 star rating. Kind , professional and answered ALL questions I had. The Tec was able to be at our home within 30min from the phone call . I would recommend Northpoint at anytime . They actually were recommend in our community page 🥰
