Asked Northpoint to replace a capacitor that another company said was out of tolerance. Other company quoted an excessive cost to replace it. I then called Northpoint who quoted (via phone) a very reasonable cost. Tim Robinson (technician) came out to my house and tested the system in question. Tim verified the capacitor was in fact perfectly in tolerance and confirmed it did not need replacing. I was thoroughly impressed by Tim's professionalism, honesty, and candor when discussing this matter. I was only charged for the service call, and in effect, saved hundreds in avoiding an unnecessary repair. I intend to initiate a service contract with Northpoint soonest.... read full review
We needed an old unit replaced in our home. Todd came out quickly and was very clear and honest about our choices. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. The work was done quickly and everything is working well. Communication was very good. I love that they are locally owned.
Outstanding service and quality of work! My decades-old heating and cooling system was in need of a full replacement. I received quotes from several companies and a few sales reps showed up to my home to discuss options. Northpoint didn't send a sales rep, they sent an executive level professional who helped me understand the options for repairing my old system and options for replacement. Once I decided to replace, which was easier since they provided the best quote, Northpoint arrived as scheduled and fully removed my old unit and installed the new that morning.
