I recently booked with MollyMaids for a deep clean of my home for a move out. They called me the day of and told me that it had excessive animal feces and cockroaches. I was told they would send me videos and pictures of this and they never sent them though I had asked several times since my closing on the house was supposed to be in four days. I had our realtor go by to check and he sent me a thorough video of ZERO proof of any of these things. I guess people just don’t want to work anymore FOR FIFTY AN HOUR your loss because I’m a generous tipper 🤷🏼♀️

Did not complete the job they estimated would take 3 hours, and kept bargaining for more time. After 7 hours I told them to leave. I inspected the house later that day and they had only cleaned 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and had not finished those rooms. I called and complained and they agreed to come back the next day. They did not show up and when I called I was told they would not return to finish. We were charges $1133 for an incomplete job. The house was empty and basically clean. We explained carefully what we wanted done. I am 72 and was able to clean the kitchen, living area, dining area and den in a little more than 3 hours by myself.
