The entire team at Milan - Forest Acres is welcoming and overall wonderful! I had an incredible consultation with one of the traveling managers, Cheyenne Phillips. We not only covered the process itself but also discussed treatment areas and flexible payment options. I walked away with a great deal on a bundle and even had my first session that same day. I highly recommend Milan laser hair removal itself, but I recommend this location and team even more!
I have been wanting to get laser hair removal for years and am glad I finally got started earlier this year. I am about 6 treatments in so far on multiple areas including my legs, armpits, Brazilian, and a couple other areas. I have fair skin and relatively dark and course body hair. I am already seeing significant results in most areas. I recently moved from SC to MN and my services were seamlessly transferred to a new location with no fees, penalties, etc. Another perk is unlimited treatments, as needed, at no additional cost. I’m looking forward to adding on new areas as my budget allows.
I recently moved to the Columbia area and had my first appointment at the Forest Acres location. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, which made a great first impression.
Angie was my tech, and she was amazing. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and explained everything really well. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment.
I’ve been to a few Milan locations over the last year, and this was honestly the best session I’ve had. I’m really happy this is my new home clinic and definitely recommend the Forest Acres team!
