I just used Mid-State this week after our heat went out over the weekend. We initially called another company who evaluated our furnace and determined it needed a new circuit board. Our home is only 3 years old and under parts warranty. This company quoted $533 for labor to replace the under warranty circuit board.

During the SC summer season, it's scary to notice your AC is not performing. I called and they sent a technician out within 2 hours. It's wonderful to have an appointment within 24 hours. Rick arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was thorough with his explanation and solution. I am very pleased with this company.

I called for an unexpected repair and Rick responded quickly and and handled the repair professionally. He took time to explain what occurred and provided tips for preventative maintenance.
