I’ve had the pleasure of working with this group a few times over the past 3 years. It started with replacing bad gutters and fixing a chimney leak. Most recently they were able to quickly identify a tiny roof leak and get it fixed asap (a lifesaver with all of this rain we’ve been having!). I appreciate the communication, the care, and the fair pricing for the work done. Highly recommend!!
HIGHLY recommend Magnolia!! They were in and out so fast for a roofing job I needed help with. It only took them 1 day, and there was quite a bit of work that had to be done. They are so kind, trustworthy, charitable. Cannot say enough good things about them.
Magnolia Roofing did a great inspection for an older home purchase. They came out, inspected my roof, and were honest enough to tell me I still had plenty of years left before needing a replacement. They said to call anytime if I had concerns and that they’d check back in a couple of years when it might actually be needed.
That stood out because I had two other roofers come out and tell me the roof needed to be completely replaced immediately. My insurance company ultimately agreed with Magnolia’s recommendation because it was obvious from their very detailed inspection report.
