I have a large roof. They said they would do it in two days. They did. The crew was on sight shortly after sunrise and didn't leave til sundown. They carefully wrapped the front porch and rear deck to collect debris. When they left, the yard , porch and deck were spotless. The roof looks great and yes, they were done in two days. This is the fourth complete roof Magnolia roof I going has done for us over the past six years. Always easy to deal with and completely reasonable pricing. Had a branch punch a hole thorough a roof, that had just been installed, after Hurricane Helene. Magnolia came out fixed it, wasn’t their fault, without a word of debate or resistance. We don’t call anyone else. If you need a roof, save yourself time, money and energy, call Magnolia. Roofing.

I purchased an older home from the 1970’s in December of 2024. Magnolia scheduled my roof replacement for Dec 23, 2024. They estimated for it to be done in one day. I felt so bad for them when they didn’t finish and came out to finish the next morning on Christmas Eve. It was so cold, but they got it done. I am very pleased with the customer service I received. I even went through their Construction and Remodeling division to have all of my windows replaced. These were very good investments in my home and I’m very satisfied with the work Magnolia did.

After having several different companies quote the repair of some rotting fascias on my house, I decided to go with Magnolia Roofing and now that the work is done, I'm really glad I did! Joe Nettles and his team were very professional and gave me confidence they knew what they were doing, and the work they did proved it. They removed my existing gutters and helmet style leaf guards, which turned out to be the cause of the problems, repaired the rotting fascias, and installed new gutters and leaf guards, and all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing or gutter work you have!
