The location is full of Zen! The owner Lila is very professional. She gave me the best pedicure I ever had! The bathroom is clean and her location has great parking!

Absolutely wanted to try this place considering I'm in the area and I've never been here before. Purchased a Groupon and called Tuesday 4/5/22 around 1 to ask if I can schedule an apt, same day IF POSSIBLE and for clarification on what "subject to weather" means because that's all it says. Otherwise, no problem, we can schedule another day, still no harm in asking same day just in case. I'm now assuming it means closed and open again when there's no rain, I never got an answer. The number I called from here off Google, a man answered and says he's her husband, and he's not sure why the business number isn't coming up? Okay, I was taken aback....gives me the correct number and I heard the Pedicure Palace intro and left my message. End of today 4/6/22, no callback, nothing. Got a weird feeling early this morning, canceled the Groupon and booked elsewhere, but waited to review to give benefit of the doubt and a chance for correction during business hours. And, also, I'm all for defending my business, but it really isn't a good look whatsoever to see such passive aggressiveness in response as an owner. Not appropriate in the slightest.Edit: Thank you for your response to prove my point! You're correct, I don't know you, but based on your internet behavior it's clear my "judgement" of you as an owner is absolutely correct! No worries, I'll happily update my review with the business that DID get my money due to AMAZING customer service and response time, without attitude, over honest customer opinions! ❤️ If you are wanting to feel valued, NOT singled out for honest criticism, not rushed and feel connected with your tech, OCCO is definitely where you want to go! Luxury Spa with a gorgeous clean design, and delicious drink menu. I recommend the mimosas, fabulous!! They're located in a very popular and busy part of the Vista, not tucked off the street. Didn't know Palaces liked to hide, figured they liked being grand and magnificent but hey, you and your high regard can do what you wish. ? Never been to EITHER OCCO or here before today, but at OCCO the ladies waited on me promptly as if I were a regular. Diamond is a lovely sis that was engaging, very knowledgeable and gentle, yet effecient in her work. Definitely recommend!

First time I got a pedicure. It was very relaxing, very professional, clean and good atmosphere. Second time got facial and eyebrows tinted. Love Lily good job.
