I have switched to Lexington Dry Cleaning after many years of switching around among the competition, and basically becoming dissatisfied with surly people who almost always, eventually, gave me the impression that they did not care anymore, if they ever did, sometimes actually losing or destroying pieces of clothing. This place delivers on its promises, and I like them so far! Plus, I enjoy their specials.
While trying on a brand new dress, I immediately stained it with sunscreen, which I wasn’t able to get out myself. It’s a Reformation dress made from 100% Viscose, and I had read quite a few horror stories about the difficulties of cleaning this material so I was very worried I had ruined it. I brought it in right away and the women who assisted me were very knowledgeable, friendly, and put my mind at ease. Sure enough, I picked up my dress a few days later in perfect condition! I love Lexington Dry Cleaning and will continue to use them as long as I’m in Columbia!
There is a reason Lexington Dry Cleaners has a 5 star rating. They are wonderful! The service is excellent and the cleaning is great. I took 9 shirts in to be laundered at 12 noon and they had them ready by 4pm the next day. Great job Lexington Dry Cleaners! I’ll be back.
